When can I get compensation if my flight is delayed or cancelled at the airport?
If your flight is delayed or cancelled you are entitled to flight compensation according to the EU261 (European regulation on air passengers rights). You can receive this compensation if :
- Your flight is delayed by more than 3 hours, or
- Your flight is cancelled less than 14 days before the departure date.
