Who we are

Yource is the parent company of Flight-Delayed.com , Vlucht-Vertraagd.nl and others across Europe. With almost 15 years of experience in the field, we are experts in helping passengers secure the compensation they are owed for delayed, cancelled, overbooked, or otherwise disrupted flights. We strive to protect and advance air passenger rights and are dedicated to upholding industry standards by being an active member of The Association of Passenger Rights Advocates (APRA).

We’re a team of 50 people, based in the heart of Amsterdam. Offering support in 9 languages, we operate under EU and UK air passenger rights regulations, serving passengers worldwide.

How it started

Yource was founded in 2010 by Bart de Jonge, Tom van Bokhoven and Mario Wester.
Frustrated by their own travels and lack of accountability from the airlines, the founders decided to take matters into their own hands. That’s how Yource was born. Starting in the Netherlands, the brand/company has expanded its services into other markets, empowering passengers throughout their compensation process worldwide .
