Flight Delayed Premium is a membership plan helping passengers in the event of a flight disruption. Premium members receive access to 3 main benefits: 1. No fee on 3 successful EU261 flight compensation claims (for flights taking place during the subscription period and added to the Premium account at least 48 hours before the planned departure). 2. Access to 1.500+ airport lounges in the event of a flight delay of at least 1 hour or a flight cancellation announced less than 6 hours before the departure. 3. Priority support from the Flight Delayed team.

Flight Delayed Premium is the perfect membership for any traveller. The benefits (including no fee on compensation claims and access to airport lounges) can pay off even during your first trip as a Premium member as flight disruptions are common occurences.

Flight Delayed Premium covers flight delays of 3 or more hours, flight cancellations announced less than 14 days before the scheduled departure, and denied boarding cases (i.e overbooked flights).

Yes! Even with only one successful claim during your 12 month subscription plan, you can get compensation of up to €600 without any additional processing or legal fees.

In order to make your flight eligible for the Premium benefits, you have to add it to your Premium account at least 48 hours before the planned departure. To do it, first log into your Flight Delayed account. Afterwards, click on the "Premium" tab in the top part of the screen. You will be redirected to your Premium account where you can add a new trip or flight using the "Protect a new trip" button.
