Access to 1,500+ airport lounges worldwide

Wherever your travel takes you, you can enjoy the comfort of waiting for your flight in an exclusive location thanks to our Premium service.

Some of our airport lounges are famously ranked among the best in the world, such as the Plaza Premium Lounge in Rome Fiumicino, the Vienna Lounge in Vienna Schwechat and the Plaza Premium in London Heathrow.

If you’re not sure whether your airport’s lounge is participating, you can look it up on LoungeKey’s finder among a selection of over 1,500 lounges.

What you can expect from an airport lounge

Access to airport lounges includes a series of benefits that can shift an unfortunate delay or cancellation into a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

  • Comfortable seats: the main benefit of lounges is that they are more comfortable to be in for prolonged periods of time, especially when you are not sure how long it will take for the disruption to resolve.
  • Food and refreshments: lounges often offer food or drinks to make the wait lighter. A delay can easily become an occasion to have lunch or get an aperitif.
  • Dedicated Wi-Fi: while some airports offer Wi-Fi, lounges often have a separate, dedicated network you can connect to.
  • Workspaces: lounges may offer workspaces or quiet areas.

How does airport lounge access with Premium work?

Once your Premium subscription starts, you can get lounge access for your flight by registering it on your Flight Delayed account at least 48 hours before departure.

When the qualifying delay or cancellation occurs, you will receive a LoungeKey Pass via email or phone that will allow you to access the lounge.

Who can get airport lounge access

Premium members can access participating lounges when their registered flight meets the qualifying conditions:

  • A delay of at least one hour, or a cancellation announced six hours or less before departure.
  • The service is not retroactive, and the subscription only covers future flights.
  • Lounge entry is subject to availability.

How much would airport lounge access cost you elsewhere?

Lounge access is included in your Flight Delayed Premium membership, along with everything else, for just €2.50/month (€29.99/year, billed annually).

Buying lounge access on its own is a different story. Paying for a single visit can already cost you more than a full year of Premium:

● LoungeKey pay-per-visit: the same network your Premium lounge access runs on charges €30 for one visit, the price of a full year of Premium, for a single lounge.

● Plaza Premium Lounge, Rome Fiumicino: €40 to €70 per visit.

● Vienna Lounge, Vienna Schwechat: €59 per visit.

● Plaza Premium Lounge, London Heathrow: from ~€50 per visit, even on the cheapest multi-visit pass.

● Priority Pass Standard membership: $99/year (~€92), and that's before even entering a lounge. Each visit is another $35 (~€32) on top.

One year of Flight Delayed Premium can cost less than a single lounge visit paid at the door, and also comes with a set of additional benefits.

More benefits with Flight Delayed Premium

Airport lounge access is just one of the benefits of Flight Delayed Premium. Your membership also includes flight monitoring, priority support and 0% commission on your first three successful eligible claims.
