Brussels Airlines: If your Brussels Airlines flight is delayed, cancelled or overbooked, here is what you should do.
Brussels Airlines are the national flag carrier for Belgium and are based at Brussels airport. The airline began operations in March 2007 and currently operates to over 90 destinations.

Common reasons Brussels Airlines give try to avoid paying compensation:

In many cases an airline will provide vouchers for food and drink, which the passenger is entitled too; but it is also common, for passengers to be offered a new flight or vouchers to the value of the original flight. If accepted, passengers will sign to agree and in doing so, they waive their right to compensation. Which is quite often more than the cost of the flight.
Blaming extraordinary circumstances - there are not many things that constitute these but the airlines will try it anyway. That is where we come in at flight-delayed.
Send cheques to the wrong address
Send letters asking passengers to stop dealing with claims

What you need to do:

1.      Keep a copy of your e-ticket/booking confirmation
2.      Note your flight number.
3.      Attempt to find out the reason for your delay. If for example, a conflict has broken out at your destination of choice, then there wouldn't be compensation, but we will ALWAYS validate your claim before proceeding because that is what we are here for.
