Keep in mind that if your flight is delayed or cancelled, the airline owes you extra help. This includes food and beverage vouchers, communication, transportation, and lodging as required. These vouchers can be redeemed at the airline's service counter in the airport. If the airline does not offer you with vouchers, you may purchase what you really need and save the receipts; the airline will be held liable for repayment.

If your flight was cancelled due to an industrial action like an airport strike or severe weather, you will not be eligible to receive compensation for your cancelled Turkey flight. Airport strikes or severe weather are “extraordinary circumstances”.
In the event that your Turkey flight is cancelled, you can also get a complete refund. This is not the same thing as compensation. When a flight is cancelled and the airline is at fault and has to pay compensation, it will provide customers with compensation for their Turkey flights.
