Online dossier

For questions relating to existing dossiers (claims that have already been submitted) we would kindly refer you to your online dossier in your login account. Here, you can use the 'support' function to ask for help.

Live chat with our customer support team is available on this page between 8 am and 4 pm from Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, the live chat is replaced by a chat bot which can provide you with answers to frequently asked questions.
