All aviation personnel, including cargo and traffic staff, will be going on strike. Italian employees are already referring to tomorrow, June 22nd, as ‘black Friday’. The strike is targeted against recent anti social government measures. Longer work days, salary cuts and an overall reduction of worker's rights are decisions the Italian employees oppose. The aviation personnel will be on strike against privatization, leading to possible delays on flights to Rome and Milan.

Delays on flights to Rome and Milan

After aviation personnel strikes in Germany, France and Portugal, there will now be strikes in Italy, tomorrow and on the 5th, 6th and 18th of July.
